Dartmouth Park Talks @ The Star

THANK YOU to Dartmouth Park Talks and The Star Pub for supporting Highgate Newtown Community Centre.

For the  December Dartmouth Park Talks local resident Ed Miliband and top climate lawyer Farhana Yamin gave their verdict on the outcome of the 2015 Paris Climate Summit to a packed  audience in The Star pub in Chester Rd. The profits from the event, over £730,  were generously donated to the community centre and The Star kindly waived their hire fee to help support our annual Free Christmas Event and free sessions for Under 5s and Over 60s. This is community  spirit at its best. A big thank you to all concerned from the Director and Trustees at HNCC.
