Grow in Balance and Strength
Lishi Yoga is an ancient practice originally from China underpinned by the philosophy of Daoism. Combining science with Daoist philosophy, Lishi Yoga develops flowing movements strengthening both body and mind.
Classes use a wide range of exercises that build and strengthen. Gentle stretching and breathing exercises form part of the practice from a seated and/or standing position. Through the yoga techniques participants experience relaxation and wellbeing, experiencing calmness and strength which underpins growth in self-confidence.
