Improve your strength and poise
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise which strengthens muscles and improves posture and bodily suppleness. Concentrating on bodily core alignment and flexibility, and extending to include a gentle workout for the whole body, exercise movements are slow and precise. Pilates also focuses on breath control.
Participants in sessions are able to ask for exercises that will particularly assist them with any issues they may have so that they gain maximum benefit. Sessions begin with standing warm-up exercises, then move on to mats. A range of guided floor exercises follow with rests whenever needed.
